Do you ship interationally?
Of course. We love our international buyers & will gladly ship our items outside of the States. When purchasing an item, be sure the inform of us that your are an international bidder and we will calculate the appropriate postage.
If I purchase more than one items, do you combine shipping?
We would gladly combine shipping costs to reduce your shipping cost. The rate will depend on the weight and size of the items purchased.
Can you buy any of your eBay items via 'buy it now'?
Unfortantly, none of our garments are available for purchase via 'buy it now' because we feel the fairest way to sell all our vintage apparel is through the standard eBay bidding process. Sorry for any inconvience this has caused.
How can I pay for my item?
All transactions are processed via a secure PayPal process.
I missed out on an item, can I buy it directly from you?
Certainly, a large percentage of our winners do not complete their payment for an item. We would gladly sell you the item you are interested if it is not paid for. Contact us and we'll go from there.
Are all your items used?
When buying vintage, one must know that the items are pre-loved and have been previously wore, unless stated otherwise in the description. As a result items may have general wear or marks, which would be listed in the description. Vintage is a lovely thing. With vintage you get a uniqueness, not to mention the eco-friendly good it does for the planet. Reduce // Reuse // Buy VINTAGE!
What is your return policy?
Geisha Pearl does not accept returns unless a gross misrepresentation of item. Items cannot be returned if they do not fit or for buy's remorse. Please fully read measurements and description before placing a bid. In a rare occasion we over look fault or mark, please contact us immediately and we will help resolve the issue, before leaving a negative comment.
